CitraBlue Field Day

The University of Florida’s newest St. Augustine grass, CitraBlue, is growing in popularity across the state due to its intense color, disease resistance, shade tolerance, weed resistance, and its propensity to require less mowing from an end-user. This grass is unique and it needs to be managed differently than Florida’s common St. Augustine, Floratam.

Sod Solutions, in conjunction with The University of Florida, is offering a free maintenance seminar with CEU credits for landscape professionals. There are three events which you can attend, the first being at Bethel Farms in Arcadia on April 19th and the second at the Everglades Research and Education Center (EREC) in Belle Glade on April 20th. An online option is also available on the 20th for the CEU portion of the presentation. Lunch and field tours will be provided at both in-person events and space is limited so RSVP today!
