We hope 2021 has been off to a prosperous start for everyone in the Sunshine State. Back in December, we had our 2021 budget approved by the Florida EMPIRE Marketing Group steering committee. In the meeting, we shared overall statewide pricing for EMPIRE in Florida but wanted to break it down as we have in the past to show how prices square up regionally. Below is a breakdown by North / Central / South regions in Florida.

As you see above, the higher average price in Florida is coming from Central Florida and the Orlando / Tampa / St. Pete area where it is getting close to 28 cents per square foot. North and South Florida fall in the 26 cent range.

Overall the statewide average comes in at just over 27 cents per square foot which is among the highest we have ever had in Florida.
